- Appeared and Argued in Chennai Ombudsman cases.
- In MACT petitions, Ombudsman complaints and Consumer complaints. Negotiated settlement in suitable cases and contested cases where there were strong grounds of defence and successfully exonerated the company from liabilities in few cases.
