A Bachelor of Technology Mechanical Engineering with 7 years experience in EPC projects, Oil & Gas sectors, ship building, conversion, repairs with strong leadership, innovation streak, ability to work effectively even under pressure, possess ability to fore-see and plan an effective solution.

Experience Summary:

1. Safety first: Providing awareness to the operatives necessity of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) while executing projects as a part of goals, tool box talk meeting, identifying risk assessment, precautions, attending weekly safety walk through and findings, fire fitting systems, permit to work, confined space entry permit, scaffolding standards and terminology.
2. Sound knowledge in Piping and Structural fabrication.
3. Good knowledge in piping, P&ID, Isometric, piping standards & types of systems, codes, Bill of material, material specifications, material management & flange management, fabrication standards, Inch-Dia & productivity calculations & reporting, welding codes, procedures, PWHT treatments, QC documents, fabrication & construction line-walks, Test Pack procedures, testing & records, documentation, Retro-jetting, fogging, re-instatement, punch list and completion documentation etc.
4. Project Management:-
i. Project selection, Identification and screening, appraisal and selection.
ii. Project planning, development of project network, representation, consistency and redundancy, scheduling, basic scheduling with A-O-A & A-O-N networks, time and cost thereof, linear time-cost thereof and limited resources allocation.
iii. Project Implementation, monitoring and control with the part and cost.
iv. Production Management, production systems and generalized model of production, production life cycle and managerial directions.
v. Production related decisions, measure of production systems, financial evaluation of capital decisions, decision trees and evaluation of risks.
vi. Designing products and services, facility location and layouts, demand forecasting and dispatch.
5. Feasible study scope of work, study of drawings, preparing Bill of Material (BOM), material specification and grades, checking availability of material in stores, rising purchase request, achieving cost effective purchases and timely deliver.
6. Providing project schedules with MS Project, close monitoring & preparing reports day to day or weekly site actual operation status with respect to the schedules, estimated budget demanded forecast, time span and timely execution.
7. Attending Clients operations meeting, executing highlights, presentations, discussing about troubleshooting, design or Engineering assistance, quality, delivery schedules, dispatches and etc.
8. Implementation of steel fabrication techniques and procedures develops with the help of Auto CAD, practical layouts, profile cutting, CNC cutting, coordinating with draftsman or work preparator, avoiding metal deformations, bucking and overlapping etc.
9. Familiar with various steel materials, material grades, specifications, pipe schedules and standards.
10. Familiar to maintain quality and fabrication standards, welding electrodes, welding process (SMAW, FCAW, TIG welding), welding procedure specimen (WPS), welding positions, welding defects, welder qualification procedures (WQP) and NDT procedures like Visual Testing, MPI and X-ray.
11. Familiar in sheet metal formation like rolling, bending and hydraulic pressing. Also knowledge in steel machining like milling, boring and turning.
12. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, MS Project.
13. Work completion reports and invoicing of the project. Documentation of all communication, drawings, time sheets, material re-consolation statements, tools hired vendor documents etc.
