This is a Repository of biographies of employees, where one could update, track, approve biography information of employees and maintain Teams and Team details.
The Human Resources Dept and DB Business Users across New York, London, Frankfurt and Asia Pacific are the primary users. Information such as achievements of an employee, area of expertise, certifications, background information, team allocation details, work experience and more such is the key data flow. This application interfaces with dbAdvisors (Internet) and AM Intranet (Intranet) applications both of which are downstream applications wherein data of the employees and teams are retrieved and used as lookup. Various online reports are produced by the system which can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
