The key to the success or failure of any project is the accurate estimation for the project. If the tendering manager makes an accurate estimation, the organisation could scale new peaks in terms of profitability and growth otherwise it will see its doom. At the same time the tendering Manager has to carefully balance between quoting high enough not to lose the job to the competition and low enough not to push the company into loss. I would like to be an expert in estimation who would like to see the organisation scale new heights. As the company grows, I will also grow. I would also like to achieve expertise in Project Controls to keep the costs low and give higher profitability to the company.
