About 10+ years of experience in senior management roles like Head/ Director, contributing towards: Thought Leadership, Strategic Planning & Execution, Customer Interfacing & Business Development. Well experienced working in MNCs/tier-1, start-ups and matrix-organizations. Worked as consultant at various client locations in USA, UK & Europe. Expert in driving large outsourcing engagements with key focus on SLAs & CSAT parameters and quality metrics.

Roles played involved: P&L/ Global Delivery/ Capacity Building/ Program/ Portfolio/ Project/ Transition/ Operations(end-to-end)/ KPO/ Change/ Service/ Quality/ People/ Competency Management, Stake-holder and Vendor Management, Scoping, Estimation, Risk-Assessment and Mitigation-Planning, Proposal Preparation, Responding to RFPs/RFIs, Negotiations, Resource-Planning & Utilization.

Technical: Rich experience in driving ADM (Application/Product Development and Maintenance), Testing, Test-Automation & QA projects with wide variety of test-tools, testing techniques, frameworks, Cloud/SaaS models. The domains that I worked in include Healthcare, Telecom/Mobile/Wireless (Apps and handsets related dev & testing), MIS, F&A, Manufacturing, E&U, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Infra., Government, MS Technologies, Unix and Data Analytics. Played a pivotal role in setting-up wireless test-lab at WIPRO-HDC as part of CoE.

Team management: Led geographically distributed teams of different sizes spanning upto few hundreds (400+) and contributed towards mentoring, motivating, competency building, career planning and leadership development. Contributed towards business development with good networking skills that led to quick team ramp-ups within a short span of time.
Quality processes related: Thorough knowledge and rich experience of various quality processes, Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, SDLC/STLC models, SixSigma (DMADV/DMAIC), Lean, SEI CMM/CMMi/pCMM, ISO-9001 & TL-9000 procedures. Led SixSigma projects as GreenBelt.
