Experience of over 7 years as recruitment officer where I have handled over 280 crew working on ships in various regions. I have taken telephonic interviews, provided trainings, conducted audits and have screened candidates ensuring match with our requirements. From initial screening to arranging logistics and onsite training, all was done to ensure perfect fit of new employee within our company.

I have completed my MBA with focus on Strategic Management from Edinburgh Business School (Scotland) which strengthens my experience and work profile.

I love travelling and tasting locally made foods. Prefer sightseeing on foot, visit museums, capturing the best of a country via photographs, talking and knowing local people, learning and reading.
