• Reviewing and understanding the Invitation to Bid document (ITB) and defining the clear scope of supply, in coordination with Business Unit team to prepare a proposal plan that meets the objectives of the proposal budget and timeline.

• Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines.

• Understanding the project requirement and designing the heat exchangers in accordance with project specification and customer / end user’s standard specification.

• Thermal rating of the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE) and Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger through licensed HTRI software package based on API 661, TEMA standards and ASME Section Codes.

• Mechanical Calculation for Header Box plate thickness selection as per Appendix 13 of ASME Section 8 Division 1.

• Establishing the material of construction for the mechanical components and structural components by understanding the design metal temperature of the material in reference to the ASME Code.

• Generating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with in-built Macros; Document Management using SAP Sales Module; Work progress in conjunction with Standard Operating Systems and Procedures.

• Desk research on end user approval and overseas agency development.

• Technical experience in Engine driven (Gas Compressor Package) Air cooled Heat Exchangers and vertical type Air Cooler Heat Exchangers.

• Coordinating with customer during the Technical & Commercial evaluation and compliance to customer requirement on technical and commercial terms.

• Interaction with sub-vendors involving crucial negotiation during the order finalization.

• Resourceful team player and capable of delivering tasks within timeline.
