• Managing sales portfolio of 4billion Tzs per month.
• Setting system and process for ensuring smooth & timely operation of delivery services.
• Coordination with departments like accounts, mobile sales division manager, stores in charge and shop’s managers for ensuring excellent services to the customers and to maintain smooth functioning of business.
• Sales forecasting and providing necessary reports to the zonal manager.
• Stock Management through efficient planning and allocations to the right set of customers.
• Initiating business with the customers and developing them on regular sales.
• Mapping potential of the given Acquisition district or region in the given time period.
• Monitoring market conditions and competitor activities and report to the Company so as to facilitate sales planning process, (market intelligence report).
• Motivating staff and make sure them in achieving their given targets.
• Preparing of annual budget.
• Taking physical stocks and checking cash flows on daily basis.
• Maintaining credit control on customers.
• Make sure all the reports of branch reaches in time to HO. Reports like daily cash flow, daily debtor’s tracker, DSMR (sales & inventory), sales targets and achievement reports, vehicle utilization report, mobile sales profitability report, payroll and etc.
