Enterprising and Result oriented , Senior Project Manager ,having 20 years of work experience of which 15 plus years have been IT and earlier 5 years in Civil Engineering. Have worked for past 7 years in capacity of Project Manager & Senior Project Manager, handling complex projects in domains of Finance, Banking and Oil & Gas. Worked overseas in USA and Singapore spanning more than 5 years. Handled overseas client. Been working with team size of more than 25 team members and also worked across functional groups, business groups.

With respect to Project Management, understand in-depth on practical aspect of project management. Have been working on Resource management, stakeholder management, Cost, Risk management, Quality management and various arenas of project management. Have worked on weekly reports with the Senior Management, External Clients as well as Vendors and Internal teams. Work on escalations, change management. Motivating team members, working with them. Project Planning, scheduling, monitoring on MS Project and work on MS Visio. Have successfully delivered projects as per timelines and schedules. Have worked on multiple projects as well at one given time. Good at handling teams, crisis situation. Have the ability to think rationally and take decisions. Also escalate matters at the right time.
Followed various SDLC methodologies on projects including Waterfall life cycle and agile methodology. Have grown from coding in C++, VC++, COM, DCOM, and MFC to Project Management of SharePoint, C #, and Microsoft technology projects.
