I have consistently striven to keep an open mind on all issues both inter and intra- division, convinced, that with sufficient effort and commitment it is almost always possible to work around conflict situations to the satisfaction of the team members and move towards the end objectives. This has enabled me to make creditable contributions in whatever assignment I have handled.

I consider certain qualities very important for success and have cultivated them and have successfully encouraged my colleagues and subordinates to adopt them. These include, willingness to accept responsibilities, desire to learn and adapt to new ideas, loyalty to and pride in the organization to which we belong, cultivation of strong personal and organizational value system, ability to innovate etc.
