Role & Responsibilities
i). Deliver sales at agreed profit and market share objectives.
ii). Arranging Quality “Manpower” from local resources & organized training.
iii). Deployment & maintain correct “Manpower level” at client site.
iv). Proper Supervision & monitoring of site(maintain high level of operational standard).
v). Client feedback & maintain service level at very optimum level.
vi). Monitoring growth & create BCP(Business continuity plan).
vii). Using advanced technology (latest technology) like MEMS(mobile employee management system), Tracking devices( proper utilization of workforce in terms of productivity & profitability of the organization), Biometric devices(to avoid duplicacy).
viii). Preparation of Emergency Plan to handle any exigencies.
ix). Motivational training program(to retain work force).
