I am a self-starter in achieving my goals. I have a great passion for training and customer service. I have learnt a great deal in these two business fields. With over 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, my passion for customer service through providing excellent training, supervising and handling customer queries directly, has propelled me further. I strongly believe in working together in a team towards the organizational goals, hence, I am looking forward to joining hands with a strong employee and customer driven organization.
