is responsible for Suspecting, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development for the assigned area. The success is measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share. The idea behind is to possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about customers, categories and channel challenges, with the ability to build and maintain infrastructure and teams. The Customer Development team in India is broadly split into General Trade and Modern Trade. General Trade contributes to 88% of HUL sales nationally. Winning in General Trade is crucial in sustaining top-line and in ensuring competitiveness through growing market share nationally.
Started working in the Market & did the Area Mapping/Profile & started to work under the New Rs (Re-Distribution Stockist).
My main Job profile was to develop the Market through Asset Expansion & Increase the Distribution width & the total growth at the time of joining was 24%.
Snowdrems was the RS though which I want to expand the Market. The Base was 230 Assets.
I started to expand the Assets in the market & created new markets like B.T. Kawade/Fatima nagar/Slounke vihar/Bibewadi/Dhanakawadi etc. Within four months I placed 450+ of Assets & gave the unbelievable growth of 69% which made a history in the Ice creams Business where 69% growth was not possible.
