Calibration and Maintenance of all type of process instrument such as control valve (SMART & NON SMART) , transmitter (SMART & NON SMART) , load cell , switches ,analyzer ,etc.
Experience in Configuration, Troubleshooting and Fault diagnosis between PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, RTUs and other device through Profibus / Ethernet communication .
Good knowledge of studying Electrical drawing , Process and Industrial drawing and Hookup drawing.
Experience in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities
Experience in LADDER and FBD logic development in PLC (Siemens, Schneider & Ge-Fanuc).
Experience in VFDs commissioning (Siemens, Schneider.).
Graphical design on Siemens HMI/Touch Screens using WinCC Flexible.
