I have 18 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, development and servicing of Industrial gearboxes of worm - worm wheel, helical and planetary at David Brown Greaves Ltd, Pune.
I had worked with FLSmidth MAAG Gear as a Production Manager- MAAG Gear, worked on Heavy duty vertical mill planetary gear box for minerals and cement plant.
In Greaves Ltd., I had worked in Assembly Department, Industrial Engineering and Production Department.

Assembly Department:
In Assembly Department worked on assembly and servicing of worm reduction, helical gearboxes. I got appreciation from management for development of straight pass ratio of lift gearbox assembly.
Industrial Engineering:
I had worked as a MOST coordinator for implementation of MOST. Validation of MOST elements with actual work content. Preparation of MIS Report (Management Information System) of work content.
Production Department:
In charge of the Worm Gear Box Manufacturing Unit. Responsible for 450 pairs/month of Open Gearing & 350 lift units Gearbox, a 8 Crore production turnover/month. Planning Optimum utilization of Resources like Men, Machines & Capacities & execution of model wise production as per Daily Plan. Independently handling 300 workmen and 25 engineers to optimize use of all resources. In worm cell we have different cells like worm cell wheel shaft cell, worm wheel cell, case machining cell and assembly line.
In Machine shop I was handling conventional as well as CNC machines such as centre lathe, copy turning, keyway milling, VMC, radial drilling, cylindrical grinding, HMC, thread grinding machine, hobbling machines both conventional and CNC. I have developed Production line by developing quality essential elements like man, machine, method, material, tools (M4T Method). Achieved Target of 7.5 Cr's in Worm Reduction Gearbox However, Previously it was up to 6.5 Crore only and received a Certificate of Appreciation for Commendable performance from Premium Energy Transmission Limited.
Have been involved in developing jigs and fixtures for hobbling and drilling machines to get smooth flow of production. I have received Appreciation for increasing the output of Open gearing & SLA.
