I am an enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative female with 16 years (10 of which at management level) HR-Generalist related experience in highly unionised chemical, mining, engineering, pharmaceutical and packaging manufacturing companies of +5000 multi-cultural employees. I have advanced computer, lead-ership and project management skills.

The acquired experience and studies undertaken have assisted in the development of confidence in the Human Resources field and in dealing with trade unions and diverse people at different levels of the organ-ization. I adapt easily in a new environment and learn processes and systems quickly. I am business focused which is evident with the service I give to internal and external customers.

Persistence, prioritizing, being proactive, ability to work under pressure and organize/coordinate has made my career a great success in this vibrant corporate environment. I interact daily with Line Management, Senior/Top Management, internal and external customers and the public. This has made me realised my communication, interpersonal and public relations skills.

I am capable of making significant contribution to the efficiency of any organisation. I am a big picture per-son while paying attention to details. It is my strong belief that what I have achieved and learnt can strengthen and be beneficial to any company that I can work for.
To further enhance my career for the next aspired growth level, I am doing MBL with UNISA.
