Extremely Motivated, Provide technical support to material control in setting up a competitive material/spares parts data base in SAP system and act as the material focal point for Testing, Quality control, tendering, agreement and other related business with procurement and Engineering relative.., including IMDG / COSHH, IPR, Haz Mat, FCG tractability and Interface to Task Management / Work Order Systems.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and design criteria within the engineering industry and strong knowledge of HES procedures and practices. Proficient technical knowledge and awareness.
Planning and developing the strategies for Logistic, Materials, Procurement and Warehousing mainly on the policies as required by individual employer and develop the standard procedure as per ISO requirement.
Verification of spare parts for both Commissioning and Start-up c/w min / max verification, vendor review including sub-vendor and inter changeability, Managing Base Logistic and yard management comprising Materials/spare parts and warehousing management, and monitoring all the daily activities of the project team.
With experience in Conceptual, and Detailed design, Fabrication (project engineering), hook-up and installation, commissioning and start-up.
Also experience in CMMS data inputting and maintenance rationalization / optimization as required with reference to manpower planning and equipment reliability to minimize downtime / maximize production availability.
