I am currently working as a Hotel Operations Manager with Golden Tulip Hotels & Resorts, Tanzania, where I am responsible for directing operations of entire hotel entailing 91 Guest Rooms with Suites, 4 Banquet Halls, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Bar and Pool.

Over the years, I have gained a strong foothold in spearheading all aspects of hotel management entailing managing sales and marketing, food, beverage service, Front office management, brand standards, social media & guest comments.
