9) Drive Configuration and Parameter setting for the Drive worked on Mitsubishi drives,Servo motors,Stepper motors & Stepper Drives.
10) Responsible for Budgeting and Cost estimation for spares based on lead time and priority.
11) Preparing project schedules / plans, engineering design / drawing & technical specifications towards the successful execution of erection & commissioning projects.
12) Hands-on experience in designing,analyzing and fabrication of PLC based control systems.
13) Involved in Cost reduction with purchase department for over all parts(raw materials) which often used for production machines.
