I have completed my diploma in electrical engineering , elective as Industrial electronics in 1979 May. I have been appointed in chemplast sanmar limited on Dec-15-1979.From CEIG Of Chennai I got my supervisory Competency Certificate on Dec -1980-C“8528”. In chemplast, From 1979 onwards I was working in Diesel Power House having 4 Nos of 1100KVA/11KV SKL Diesel Generator sets, here I started the diesel sets and synchronise the same, and doing regular operation,overhauling the diesel engines and oil servicing,and at 1987 I was transferred to 4.85 MW Combined cycle power Plant,having 3.9 MW/11KV gas Turbine which was started by diesel and run by L.S.H.S,0.95 MW/11KV steam turbine,18.5 MT waste heat boiler,done boiler startup.and start the gas turbine and steam turbine,synchronise the both with diesel power house.At 1992 onwards i was transferred to electrical Department,there i govern the 11KV Sub station operation,and maintenance of 72 nos of ABB SF6 breakers 1250 amps to 2500 amps ,qoatient reverse power relay,differential relay and more than 100 nos of 1600 amps 3200 amps L&T low voltage air circuit breakers and maintenance of the whole plant.On my maintenance I attended and commisioned a lot of Allen Bradly soft starters from 25 HP to 500 HP and VFD from 5HP to 560KW,and have a working knowledge in 3.3 KV FCMA starter from 170KW to 450KW, star delta starter up to 100HP,Auto Transformer starters up to 500HP,and handling protection relays like MM-30 and Mc-61C,ABBrelays of spaj-140C and spam motor protection relays. And having errection knowledge of 2000KVA transformers 4nos and it’s M.V panels and a 300Crore project of 12 nos 4 Cubic Mtr emelsion polymerisrs and a 72tonnes/Day spray dryer( Cable dezigning, ,selection of motors,and lightings Mcc dezigning with A.B SMC flex soft starters and VFDs). I have done all the documentation work for ISO-14000 and OSHAS-17001, and regular log books,reading registers,daily reports and so on.
