RESPONSIBILITES

 Review client documents and understand scope of work with MDR list and producing CTR estimates.
 Supervision & mentoring to junior designers, Check drawings produced by junior Designers.
 Interact with other discipline designers to ensure consistency and constructability of designs, review and comments on IDC (inter-discipline check) and Vendor drawings for interface.
 Participate in 3D Model/Design Reviews and constructability Reviews.
 Proficient to Development / Checking of piping design engineering deliverable such as, Overall Plot Plans, Unit Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts, Study & Detailed Piping Layouts, so- metrics, Bulk Material Take Off (Valves, Support, etc.)
 Managing Design Scope Change (DCS) – Preparation of DCSs based on original design change.
 3D PDMS,SOLIDWORKS modelling, Proficient in various 3D modules (Piping, Pipe Supports & Equipment’s modeling) for Well Head Production and Test Separators, Production and Test header, Manifold, injection pumps, Flare line, Knockout drum, Gas scrubber, Compressors, Heat exchangers, Air Coolers, Pipe racks, Tank farm area and many much equipment’s piping including all vents, Drain lines, instrument air, Fire water, Potable water etc. Extraction of Isometrics and General arrangement drawings, Checking of Isometrics General arrangement drawings, 3D model review, model Clashes check between Piping, equipment and structural members, Material Take off, Extracting Materials from PDMS.
 Selection and modeling of pipe support as per support standard and interact with Stress Engineers for critical/stress Lines, detailing of Special Pipe supports in PDMS-MDS support module
 Site visits for data collection from existing installations such as preparation of field sketches, Iso-metrics and updating of piping layout as per existing installations, Tie-In list and demolition Drawings, Prepare red marking for as built & carry out study of new installations. Issue Demolition and Construction Drawings. Prepare Offshore Field surveys and 3D scanning request.
 Perform the work according to standard and regulations - ASME, NORSOK, DNV etc
