My passion is my work profile i.e. Human Resources. I started working as a call center executive & ended up being an HR. I got an opportunity to work as an HR coordinator in the year 2012 for one of the esteemed IT firm & just within couple of years with my ability & capability & without any HR educational background, Today, I have bought myself in a position where I am working as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources & Administration for one of the prestigious interior design & fit-out firm. Hence, I have overall experience of 5 years & to be precise 3 years in BPO / Call Center field & 2 years & continuing in HR field.
