JOB PROFILE:
 Handling books of Accounts up to Finalization (Tally ERP 9)
 Handling Internal Audit queries.
 Prepare daily cash forecast.
 Compute Tax owed and Preparation of Tax Return, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
 Regular basis meet with CA to discuss accounts and financial statements.
 Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payment.
 Maintain records of payment information and company’s expenses.
 Assisted in carrying out Company’s Internal Audit.
 Handling work related to monthly billing and sales-purchase reports.
 Preparation and Maintenance of various registers like Sale-Purchase Register, Journal Register, Debit-Credit Note Register, Post Dated Cheque (PDC) Register, Receipt-Payment Register,
 TDS Quarterly Return, Payment and checking deduction of expenses, Preparation and submission of TDS Return.
 VAT and Sales Tax related verification and checking of purchase & Sale register and calculation of set off.
 Handling of Bank Accounts i.e. Over Draft Account, Documentation with Bank and Daily Fund Planning
 Monthly Reconciliation of Bank, Accounts Receivable & Payable.
 Prepare Monthly MIS & Outstanding – Debtors to be reviewed by the management.
 Preparing cheques, Handling Petty Cash, Deposit of Cheques.
 Preparation & Disbursement monthly salary.
 Preparation of Invoice for the customers
 Documentation and Filling.
 Checking and making payments of all expense vouchers.
 Follow up with customer for payments.
 Prepare all exports related documents and follow-up for Duty Drawback.
 Regular intimation by mail to all party (Customers & Suppliers).
 Prepare Quarterly Stock Statement for Bank with CA Certification.
 Interact with CA and Auditor for every Legalization matter.
 Ledger scrutiny with customer and Supplier.
 Processing attendance register in system and cross verification with manual register.
 Prepare and verify of Salary, OT, Allowance and Deduction.
