A result oriented development professional with a blend of technical, managerial and conceptual skills. My career spans from involvement in health and development projects, disaster response and recovery, campaigns and policy advocacy, development communications, livelihoods, women’s empowerment and corporate social responsibility while being associated with lead national NGOs (VHAI, PHFI), Bi/Multi-laterals (DFID, UNDP, WHO), Corporate Foundations (Lanco Foundation) and Consulting Agencies (IPE Global Ltd) with the opportunity of working from field to policy level.

Well versed and experienced in ‘Project Cycle Management’ I have been managing projects at state and national levels and leading teams comprising of professionals from diverse backgrounds. In different capacities, my responsibilities have included conceptualizing programmatic interventions and developing project proposals, managing budgets, assessment, selection and institutional strengthening of partner organizations, providing programmatic inputs and strategic guidance for effective and efficient implementation of projects and monitoring and evaluation.

Skilled at devising strategies, programs and project implementation structures across wide range of programs and experienced in leading and managing Human Resource activities and other corporate services function in a diverse multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.

Possess in-depth experience of building relationships, negotiating and influencing development stakeholders at national and sub-national levels. Over the years I have been able to develop and cultivate good relations and contacts in the NGO sector, state governments (having worked closely with bureaucracies in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha), international agencies and UN bodies.

Possess excellent networking, liaising and advocacy skills. My interpersonal communication skills are excellent and have a good command over English and Hindi (written & spoken).
