I am Tanveer hasan solkar i had total 5.4 years work experience as piping draughtsman. I am very proactive person and believe in accepting challenges head on by anticipating and planning for challenges ahead because today's highly competitive and global work environment only those succeed who can deliver performances and stand up to challenges. I am adaptable in nature and can work in teams with members of different religious , cultural or ethic backgrounds.And i believe good effectiveness of a group comes with good interpersonal understanding and trust and i have cared to cultivate such skills.
