I have 19+ years experience in the field of Instrumentation & Control System; Detail Engineering & Design works & Supervision of Instrumentation construction Activities keeping focus on HSE. Nature work includes all Instrumentation Engineering such as, preparation of Instrument Index, Datasheet, Cable Schedule, Installation Details, Hookup Details, I/O List, Functional Logic Diagram, Material Take Off, Fire and Gas Detection Layouts, Cable Routing Layouts, Control Room Layouts & System Configuration, Panel Wiring Diagrams, GA & IGA of Panels, JB terminations, Loop Diagrams, Studying Bid Documents, Floating Enquiries & Estimation. Also, having experience on Smart Plant Instrumentation (Intools).

I have been involved in Instrument Installation & Commissioning Activities.

Having good knowledge of International codes & standards and engineering design and drafting tools. Having sound knowledge of Honeywell & Yokogawa DCS systems & their hardware’s and PLC systems (Triconex, Allen Bradley and Siemens), Bently Nevada, Machine Monitoring Systems, Woodward TMR systems. I am able of read Ladder Logics & Functional Logic Diagrams.

Also I am able to assist in generating Electrical Layouts and Control Schematics.
