*Experience in setting up production shop floor, erection and commissioning of Capital equipment, Team building, training & skill development, etc
*Experience in develop and proving prototype production in challenging time.
*Familiar in ISO9001-2015 production requirement, TPM, Kaizen, EMS & OHSAS implementation, 1S & 2S initiative in implementation of 5S in production.
*Exposure in Sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining and Assembly.
*Purchase experience in procurement of Fabrication parts, Forgings, Castings, and Bought out parts.
*Being, decisive and committed, able to work in Project oriented environment as well as in discrete or mass production environment.
