I am a development professional who has grown up in the sector from an administrative assistant to the Vice President. I started working in the development sector since 1999 and has worked across various players in the microfinance value chain right from civil society organizations, microfinance companies, consultancy organizations, MFI incubators and microfinance funders and has gained immense experience and insights. I have worked in the areas of regulatory compliance, risk management, team handling, capacity building needs assessment, internal audit, ICFR, due diligence, credit appraisal, underwriting, analysis of financial statements, development of strategic business plans including financial projections, conducting assessments and ratings, development of policies and procedures across all functions, development of training modules, conducting training programs, internal controls for risk management, brand management, budgeting, networking, performance analysis, policy analysis, proposal writing, research, governance, strategic partnerships, relationship building, relationship management and organisation development . He is a post graduate in commerce and also a post-graduate diploma holder in portfolio management and systems management.
