• Reporting to project director, lead team of engineers and Managing MEP packages.
• Manage the 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) process to insure proper coordination.
• Reviewing all BIM models and Shop drawings prior to the submission to consultant.
• Validating the design documents to meet the System requirements and Specifications.
• Notifying variation and contractual issues and raising RFIs for the conflicts and discrepancies.
• Maintains relationship with the client’s representative for MEP and takes part in all relevant meetings.
• Overall responsible for meeting contract requirements in terms of scope, performance, quality and safety related to MEP.
• Preparing several types of reports as technical, planning, commercial and progress reports.
