I have been working in the Oil and Gas Industry for the past 15 years in African countries namely Angola and Nigeria, also Middle East region. Present I am working as Work shop Manager in ACM Of Nigeria, of company at Port Harcourt in Nigeria.
My nature of duty and responsibilities:
1.Planning and realization of plans for production.
2.Development technology processes.
3.Organization of production process and carrying out the production in accordance with the production schedule approved by top Management.
4.Planning and maintenance of equipment.
5.Planning and training of co-employees.
6.Arranging in-house and external calibration of measuring equipment.
7.Management of QHSE .
8.improvement of QMS and Quality Objectives.
9.Ordering cutting tools ,Measuring tools,Material for production and etc.
10.carryout functions of Quality Manager of when necessary.
11.Good knowledge in OCTG tools well assembling,setting&servicing.
12.Good knowledge in API Spec7-1,7-2,5CT,5B,6A,16A,5D, DS-1& rp7G-2.
13.Good knowledge & Qualify in ASNT LEVEL-ll(MPI,LPT,).
14.Good knowledge in valves&pressure testing equipment's,
15.Working as a good team leader& implement of Management system,procedures.
16.good knowledge CNC programming and conventional machining like Lathe, Milling, Horizontal & Vertical Boring machine, Slotting,Shaping,Planning, Grinding Machines Etc.....
Implementing and maintaining the requirements as stated in the Quality Manual and Procedures.
Inspect Incoming Component Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control and Final Quality Control.
To monitor and ensure effective execution and implementation of QA/QC plan and activity requirements as set and / or directed by QA/QC Manager
Reviews all data obtained during all quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality
Production planning and control, Rejection analysis and control
Non Conformance identification and reporting.
Preparing monthly reports of job files. Performing In process and final Inspection as per the Drawing, route card, and necessary specification /QMS requirements
