I am an outgoing individual with 11+ yrs of Cross-functional and diversified exp in Staffing & Recruitment, Resourcing, KAM, Marketing & Sales, IT Infra Project Management & Execution, Business Development, CRM and Team & Vendor Management who over the years has built up some great skills which allows me to be able to put myself into situations which most people would find uncomfortable, however I am a big believer that the greatest success comes when you are uncomfortable. Challenges are what make me get my head down and work as part of a team to succeed.
I spend a lot of time doing personal development by doing the work which seems non-productive but in reality it helps me in all sphere of my personal and professional life and due to that I am equally comfortable in every walks of life. I don’t have any comfortable or weak Zone and this makes me acceptable or unacceptable everywhere. I believe that I am nowhere near perfect, perfection is not what I am striding for as that would say there is no room for improvement which we all know there is. However if I can develop myself daily then I am on my way to becoming a better version of myself on a daily basis, which in turn I can show and develop the new people I meet and bring into my team.
