• Commissioning experience in offshore oil rig’s systems; cantilever skidding system, drillfloor skidding system, BOP control console and mud return system.
• Experience in Non-Destructive Testing; Dye penetrant inspection, Leak testing, Ultrasonic testing and Radiographic testing.
• Analysis, modification and detail design of products and services in offshore industry.
• Preparation of drawings for prototypes creation and submission in classification societies.
• Participation in prototype testing and analysis of test results.
• Drawing standardization, drawing creation and developing solutions to technical problem in new product development
• Expertise in 3D CAD softwares; AutoCAD 2015, Autodesk Inventor2015, Solid Works, Pro- Engineer, Uni-Graphics and ANSYS Workbench 15.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload in terms of importance and urgency.
• Knowledge of conducting project feasibility studies.
• Good in mechanical system functions of offshore rigs equipment.
• Knowledge of offshore industry standards like ABS, Norsok, API and ASME standards.
