I am an accomplished construction and design manager, with more than ten years of experience in leading interior design, renovation, and decoration projects for clients. I possess first-rate project management skills and a strong creative flair.
For the past six years I have operated as a private consultant, serving as project manager for interior design and decoration, renovation and construction for some Architects and private clients in Kerala (India) . I have proven the ability to develop and manage and oversee all project phases, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to purchasing, color and material selection, and contractor management. I am deeply involved in each step of a project, serving as client’s liaison to architects, service providers, venders and contractors.
I am adept at cost management, purchasing, contract negotiations and client relations. Although my creative flair and supervisory talent lend themselves equally well to commercial and residential projects as well.
