It all started from the definition of "Management" during school days & later led me into completing my full time residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune.

My passion in Sales/Marketing is evident in 7 new product launches right from planning to execution to implementation, in my career spanning 10 years, the various Mass Market/OTC, life cycle management initiatives undertaken for portfolio brands at Abbott Laboratories, Novartis, managing people from the perspective of training on new/existing products & motivating them to achieve desired sales objectives through rewards & recognition.

What further makes me complete is the sound understanding of P&L and other financials with respect to brand portfolio.

My analytical skills have aided me to often crack those numbers which are so very essential to delivering the brand performance. My presentation & communication skills have seen me play a host in various corporate events & functions.
