I’m Ryan Pestanas, Filipino, and 27yrs old. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Have more than five years of experience as technical/helpdesk support and team leader. Half of my experience was technical and helpdesk support in main office of Systemantech and assigned in a various location such banks, logistic, and manufacturing/retail industry. My duties and responsibilities are maintain the SLA compliance in ticket assigned in head office, do remote/onsite support in the client, repair all units pullout from the client and prepare budget for the parts replacement. Then I was promoted as team leader and assigned in Makati Medical Center Hospital for 2 year. My duties and responsibilities are managing 13 employees, overseeing the day to day operations, do remote/onsite support to the end user, handle all IT request form, Including PR and parts replacement. In order to have new knowledge in security devices, I moved to Stonewall Technologies and Monitoring Solutions, I work as technical support engineer for almost one year, I assisting the technical manager in day to day operations, do field work such as site survey, canvasing of device and comply with the incoming clients. Then recently, I moved to PhilData Business System Inc. and work as Assistant Team Leader for 1 year , My duties & responsibilities are managing up to 35 employees, handle mainly the technical support engineer, overseeing the day to day operations,. Responsible for shift scheduling, maintaining the SLA compliance on the ticket assigned, Distribution of ticket to the field engineer, responsible in flight schedule for the regional support, set meeting with the management for monthly accomplishment report by PhilData and coordination to the vendor.
