I am Rupali Agashe, Currently working as Asst. HR Manager with well known insurance TPA. I am having 6 years of HR Generalist experience. Previously I worked for DMART as Sr. HR officer for 4.5 years. Having knowledge of all HR activities including payroll, F&F,recruitment, induction and orientation, training, employee engagement, statutory compliance. Also I worked on various payroll software like; Value moves, SAP, Humanet, Zing HR for payroll, leave management and separations.
I have completed my BA in psychology Major and then done my PGDBA (HR) from Welingkars institute of management.
Currently i am living with my in laws at kalyan (Thane).
