 Responsible for duties related to mine operating, mine development and crushing plant.
 Coordinating with supervisors to plan and design mine surface facilities and work schedule. Managing waste dumps effectively.
 Identifying problems in mining processes and develop appropriate resolutions.
 Accountable in ensuring operation of Crusher and ensure continuity of flow, safety and efficient operation including, to detect malfunctions.
 Proactively involving in planning for production & achieving production targets; coordinating with planning, maintenance, Quality & other departments for smooth function.
 Supervising proper stacking of material and identification of reject material on daily basis.
 Leading & guiding the team of 20 members that include operatives, Technicians & Laborers in ensuring compliance to all Safety norms to minimize/achieve ZERO accidents.
