As a System Administrator and part of Level 2 Support team, my job is to manage server and monitor them using different tools. We also create virtual server and decommission the servers which are not required anymore. We also work on access of the users, creating users in AD and providing them with the required access. We also applications support. We also troubleshoot issues regarding application installation and printer issue of the UK based client from India. We also perform patching of servers.
