I am presenting my qualifications as an indication of my keen interest to apply for the position of HSE Engineer. I am Roldan M. Dualan, a Filipino National; a BS Chemical Engineering graduate and a licensed professional educator. Garnering 13 years of total work experience in fields of academe, ship repair and shipbuilding, electrical system installation, manufacturing, engineering consultancy and building construction wherein the preceding 11 years to-date have been in practice of occupational health, safety and environment. Seeking further professional excellence, I attained NEBOSH, Management System Lead Auditor certifications and government environmental health and safety accreditations.
