Handling a team of 300 employees
Developing sales and marketing calendar / training evaluation plan for the organisation.
Previous achievements as Area General manager - Harry's bar singapore :

Gained experience in corporate training, Business development, sales and marketing, System development, online marketing, Lead ERP implementation.
Opened various outlets – Pubs / Bars / Restaurant for the previous group at major city locations in Singapore. Handled large scale caterings / events / shows like F1 night racing / Beer fest /F1 Rocks and many more.
Handled a team of 150+ employees working for 13 different outlets at various location in Singapore.
Responsible for the P and L statements, Business planning, menu engineering analysis, Cost controls, weekly audits of all the outlets.

I am a team player believe in getting the maximum out of the team by keeping them constantly motivated by chalking out their succession plan and juggling responsibilities, multi-tasking. I am a firm believer that a chain is as strong as its weakest link and you grow along with your people .
