Over 10 years of experience in managing corporate training
functions. As a master trainer himself, Rohit is an expert in delivering
various Behavioral Skills programs.

Rohit is certified in Facilitation Skills and Assessment Tools and has
been a key contributor in Human Resource Transformation projects
in his previous assignments. Rohit’s core strength is his strong
interpersonal skills and ability to deliver highly engaging learning

Rohit’s career path as a trainer began with Bank Of America, and later
He worked with FedEx, Flipkart and Jakson Power where he evolved as
a more effective trainer , people’s person and successful mentor.
