I am Officer of the Chile Air Force, Management Engineer with 12 years of work experience, vast experience managing the Human Resources Department in different Air Force units and in the Sub Secretary of Defence under the Ministry of National Defense.

Among my major competencies, I highlight my military formation, leading interdisciplinary teams, autonomy in decision making, planning and organizing, effective communication, conflict management and ability to work under pressure. Spanish is my mother tongue and I use my English at an intermediate level.
