I'm a HR maven and I nurture and innovate to make employee experience more satisfactory, more enga​​ging in an organization. Five years ago, I completed my management studies to pursue my passion for managing people. My de​​grees (management and engineering technology) made me realiz​​e that the ‘Organization which satisfy their employees can only satisfy their customers’.

I've questioned, experimented, had successes (and failures!) in implementing different Hr Strategies and understood what works and more importantly what doesn't (and the learning still continues). Today, my 5 years of work experience has taught me what it takes to make HR more impactful.
