† Acquiring leads for upcoming projects thru close relations by interacting with MEP consultants and Contractors.
† Identifying and networking with above leads to generate new customer accounts.
† Studying BOQ and specifications to inform Management, co-ordinate with Design and Estimation Team.
† Studying & Comparing Contract terms, tenders and Qualifying tenders.
† Conducting Technical and Commercial Negotiations with clients / Contractors to ensure a clean and clear secured project
† Deftness in swiftly wrapping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverable's within set cost parameters.
† Drive company sales goals and profitability
† Support the Inside and Outside Sales organization by providing technical support and application information’s.
† Seek new business opportunities by responding to new customer’s inquiries and the marketing of products and services.
† Develop deep insight into competitor movements, pricing, competitive analysis.
† Brands handled include Mueller ACR copper coils & pipes, Nibco valves; Johnson Control actuated valves, Aeroflex rubber insulation, KIMMCO fiber glass insulation, AFS flexible ducts, INKA Hangers & supports.
† Adept in selling direct expansion type units, VRF system, Air handling units, HVAC accessories with expertise in achieving service delivery and process targets with excellent networking and negotiating skills.
