To work on building and maintaining the brand values across country, study market fashion trends, seasonal color story and design aesthetics. To identify mannequin positions, capacity planning, merchandise planning, façade concepts and retail layout planning for upcoming stores. Coordinate with Regional VM’s & Retail Operations team for effective rollout & maintenance of VM standards across all formats. Focus on Vendor Management, in order to develop new vendors across regions to ease work pressure and meet constricted timelines.
