• Manage the project through different stages: Develop the Architectural design drawings in Schematic, Design Development and Working Drawings, Specifications, Tender drawings/ documents and Contract drawings/ documents, Documentation for Permits
• Management of all the collaborators of the agency and mentoring young professionals
• Coordinate external partners and advisors
• Research of materials in the local and international market
• Ensuring that work is prepared and completed in accordance with established project design schedules
• Representing the firm at meeting with Local Authorities and Public Utilities Companies
• Reporting to the principal/manager
• Supervision of the construction site
• Managing more projects at the same time at different scales
• Verifying possible new projects acquisitions
