Further to all the above, I have around 4.5 years of experience in HR generalist activities starting from On boarding, induction, background verification, HR round interviews, campus hiring, rewards & recognition, HRIS, Spine HRMS & database management, assisting in PMS, employee queries & grievances, off boarding etc. On a personal note, I am passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed in any tasks that I am given.
