I have started my career in 2006 back in Philippines as Receptionist in prime hotel, where I took care of internal and external customers by providing them information and assisting my Manager in many areas. Then I moved to UAE and luckily I got a chance to work for Carrefour Majid Al Futtaim as Customer Service Representative where I had responsibilities to deal with customer’s complaints and interacting with them to resolve their issues with products and services. And then I joined Dubai Ship building as Secretary of Managing Director in 2012, where I had responsibilities like, attending and arranging meeting, taking minutes of the meeting, organizing and managing events and handling logistics. With all of these experience i boost my self confidence. Also i learned how to become a proactive. I am easy to get along with. I can also work under pressure, with good time management skills. I am also a fast learner, flexible and efficient.
