Experience in chemical batch process, coating plant, specialty chemicals, adhesive preparation, resin, rubber, product setup/machine set up.
Lead basic engineering activities like PFDs, P&IDs, Mass Balance, and Energy Balance for new and existing products.
Participate in HAZOP study and implementation of all safety recommendation into project.
Develop Capex, time frame of project and its completion work
Well versed with advanced DCS/QCS operation-ABB, YOKOGAWA, SIEMEN, VOITH.
Identify, diagnose & resolve operational, manufacturing & maintenance problems within the deadlines.
