I am heading Spares & Allied Business (Lubricants) of both channel (Vehicle Dealer & After Market Distributors). I am heading a team of 20 people directly (Comprises of Direct Sales, Warehouse & Pricing) and 30 people diagonally (Service engineers). My prime responsibility includes achievement of monthly Spares Business Plan , Coordination with warehouse on day to day basis for spares inventory & logistics, Expansion of network, addition of new product in current basket, rationalization of Spares pricing & coordination with different vertical to solve respective issues.
